First-trip tips to keep it smooth.
Flying with a 3-month-old (Southwest)
Feed during takeoff and descent for her ears. Strollers & car seats fly free and gate-check. Pack extra diapers, wipes, a change of clothes for you both, and a muslin blanket. Board when they call families.
Car seat & getting around
Install Keani's infant seat when you pick up the car. For the arrival Uber, request Uber Car Seat or bring your own. Most stops here are flat and stroller-friendly.
At the hotel & feeding buffers
Confirm a crib/pack-n-play with Hyatt House. The kitchenette helps with bottles/formula. I kept the schedule relaxed with room to feed and nap β casual spots chosen so you're never stuck.

SF summers are cool and foggy, especially by the water. Highs often 60sβlow 70s β bring layers, a light jacket, and an extra layer for Keani.
Getting around & parking
Borrowed car covers the Peninsula. In SF, Dragon Beaux has its own lot; Marina/Presidio parking is tricky β budget a few extra minutes.
